Quality Policy

Quality Policy Statement

Environmental Products & Services Ltd., is an environmental engineering business with operations in the north and south of Ireland and China. The organisation is committed to meeting the needs of its clients and the delivering of high standard of development through its products and processes.

We are striving to operate a fully integrated Quality and Environmental Management System which meets the requirements of ISO9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 respectively. We are seeking to adopt and implement the Business Excellence Model (EFQM), to facilitate effective quality environmental management and deliver continual improvement. In particular, Environmental Products & Services Ltd. will identify and strive to meet the needs and expectations of customers and assess and improve organisational performance.

With a view to continually improve the quality of our business; the company will develop quality objectives on an annual basis which will endeavour to:

1. Work with our supply chain to ensure communication of requirements and identification of opportunities for improved project delivery.
2. Continually review and assess competencies of all Company personnel and supply chain and ensure effective training is delivered where required.
3. Continually review and monitor client satisfaction
4. The management system is documented so that it can be interpreted consistently, readily communicated and continuously improved through audit and review.
5. Employees are expected to follow the documented procedures and to identify any areas where practice can be improved, thereby contributing to the continuing development and growth of the Company.

This policy will be reviewed annually and communicated to all interested parties as required.
